The hotel and its staff were remarkable.

I was disappointed by the check-in process since it wasn't 24 hours, which caused stress during my late arrival. Additionally, the lobby was uncomfortably cold, making the wait for my room quite unpleasant. The breakfast options lacked quality and variety, which was frustrating given the high expectations set by the rest of the services.

It was just a balanced option for a relaxing holiday in Johannesburg, great for the money. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar, which was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. Make sure to inquire about the breakfast ordering process when you arrive to avoid any confusion.

Also, some amenities were not replenished timely, which affected the convenience of the stay.

home suite hotels rosebank was fantastic! our room was huge and stylish. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing spots to unwind. the staff, especially Bheki, made us feel safe and at home. it's just a short walk from everything you need, making it super convenient.

This place had a cozy rooftop pool that was perfect for chilling out after a day of adventures, and the breakfast spread was top-notch with plenty of delicious options. I loved lounging on the sun loungers by the pool while enjoying the scenery. One little thing to note is that I wished for fresh sheets during my stay since there wasn’t a clear option for that. 😊

Incredible Staff and Memorable Experiences

My stay was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. They arranged for a driver, Hugh, who took us on amazing trips to places like Lesedi cultural village and even arranged last-minute transport to a Maroon Five concert, which made our Johannesburg experience unforgettable. The food was delightful, and the ambiance in the dining area was inviting. I do wish there were a few more options for breakfast though.
